Vegetable tanning uses natural tree tannins (oak, chestnut, mimosa) without any harsh chrome or heavy chemical salts. This ancient process preserves the organic character of full-grain bovine leather, making it exceptionally durable, hypoallergenic, and receptive to creating an extraordinary natural patina over time.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heavy rain, or artificial heat sources. If damp, blot gently with a clean dry microfibre cloth and allow to air dry at room temperature. We recommend applying a high-grade neutral beeswax leather balm once every 6 to 12 months to nourish the natural fibers.
